Warm welcome, beautiful beaches (two!), snorkeling was amazing. We loved the location because after exploring the island all day we could walk to lots of funky restaurants. The resort staff are friendly and service oriented. You can always find a chair and umbrella. The resort is wonderful, you can snorkel right off the 2 beaches. I never saw anyone in my room, yet, whenever I came back to my room it was always magically very clean! The staff at the Schooner bar and Pen dining area were also fantastic. All the employees are friendly from the front desk staff, the Blues Caribbean Kitchen, The Pen restaurant, the Beach staff and the cleaning staff. We booked the Blues Wing and what an awesome room.
